At our practice, we believe that paying for your care should be simple and stress-free.
1. Pay Direct
Prefer to keep things straightforward? You can pay at the time of each session ($170 for follow-ups). Payments can be made using cash, credit card, or through your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
2. Out-of-Network Reimbursement
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be able to get reimbursed for your sessions. The process is simple: pay up front, submit your receipts through your insurance portal, and receive a reimbursement check directly. We’ll guide you if you need help getting started.
3. Superbill Support
Not sure how reimbursement works? We’ve got you covered. We provide a detailed “superbill” with everything your insurance company requires. You submit it, they handle the rest—and we’re here to answer questions along the way.
